New owners of Bungalow Coffee and Tea

The cozy Bungalow Coffee and Tea shop in Larkfield Center in Santa Rosa has new owners, Shawna and Eric Rundstrom, who bought the shop from founder Jake Whitely late last year, re-opening it as their own on January 2 of this year.

Want to taste some wine, learn a few things and have about a million laughs while you're doing it? Linda Murphy and Leslie Sbrocco are teaming up to lead a few wine classes at Risibisi Restaurant in Petaluma starting in April and what more can I say? I think we should all go.

Eric Asimov throws down the gauntlet in today's New York Times on the great style debate that's raged for some time in California pinot noir winemaking circles - can we make light, lower alcohol balanced pinots influenced by Burgundy or does our climate dictate a heavier, fruitier style that's become more popular with critics these days?
