Can someone please get me a cocktail?
I'm jonesing. People keep sending me summer cocktail recipes and I'm just about ready to break out the jigger to make a few myself. Please send more ideas; I'm feeling about three drinks behind.
The following come from Del Posto, Maria Batali and Joe and Lidia Bastianich's watering hole in NYC's Meatpacking District. Yum.

Comment: Virginie..
It's summer..officially. That means one of two things with regard to sipping: Rose or some sort of Pastis.
I prefer my pastis over ice with 1 part pastis to 2.5 parts water. Some enjoy a cube of sugar with this.
