Can someone please get me a cocktail?

I'm jonesing. People keep sending me summer cocktail recipes and I'm just about ready to break out the jigger to make a few myself. Please send more ideas; I'm feeling about three drinks behind.

The following come from Del Posto, Maria Batali and Joe and Lidia Bastianich's watering hole in NYC's Meatpacking District. Yum.

Wild Strawberry Bellini

  • 3 oz. Prosecco
  • Puree of wild strawberries
  • Serve in champagne flute

Sgropino

  • One scoop lemon sorbet
  • One scoop vanilla gelato
  • About an ounce of Limoncello
  • About 2 oz of Prosecco
  • Mix in a blender until creamy
  • Serve in champagne flute

Cherry Lime Ricky

  • 1 1/2 oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
  • A dash of Lillet
  • A dash of fresh lime juice
  • Top with soda water and stir
  • Garnish with two Amarena cherries (Italian cherries soaked in brandy) and a lime wedge
  • Serve in high ball glass.

Aperol Spritz

  • 3 oz Prosecco
  • 1 oz Aperol (an Italian aperitif made by Campari)
  • Dash of soda water
  • Garnish with orange wedge
  • Serve in white wine glass

Comment: Virginie.. It's summer..officially. That means one of two things with regard to sipping: Rose or some sort of Pastis. I prefer my pastis over ice with 1 part pastis to 2.5 parts water. Some enjoy a cube of sugar with this.
